You guys keep trying, but you gotta know that money talks and anybody with the money to support this new project in today's market has money to waste. So you won't get any concessions on the way this is done and that land will remain a poster site for everything that is wrong with the way land is "developed" in America.
You may be right, but you have to respect a neighborhood that stands up for what is right.
