Bella Vista offers geese to people with appropriate place for them

In order to reduce the overpopulation of geese in Bella Vista, the Bella Vista Patriots will hold a Goose Giveaway.

To obtain geese, people must meet the following requirements:

• Keep the geese outside the city limits of Bella Vista;

• Have a pond and suitable living environment for the geese;

• Have neighbors who are willing to have geese next door;

• Live in an area zoned to legally have the geese; and

• Be willing to transport the geese from the capture site.

Anyone who wants to obtain geese under these requirements is encouraged to call Jim Parsons, chairman of the Bella Vista Patriots, at 876-2624.
